Well i'm actually in flathead valley where big mountain and newly built blacktail ski areas are. Already have my blacktail pass in hand as was very cheap this year. So we're right by glacier park in n.w. mt. Big Sky is out of bozeman. I've been here since '79. The older i get tho seem to get more tired of the winters, tho u cannot beat the absolute beauty of this area. We are now under smoken skies; 2 large fires going and valley is just covered w/smoke. Came here as a hippy chick to escape the city and never left. Raised a 23 yr old son who is extreme skier, kayaker and on his 4th summer whitewater guiding for a co in w. glacier; he also grad w/honors from u. of m last yr. I dont know what yr u graduated but u might remember my older sister, lynne leitner. She grad in '63, was cheerleader and star of sr class play. She hung out w/terry regan and jennifer heepe. In 63 i was in 7th grade at john h. russell. You must remember the Walts. Well i just met mary kay as she was up this way for reunion. It was like we never left off; i would've known her anywhere!! And this after 38 yrs no less!! You know i've always felt cheated about not having high school reunion to go to.
